Beschrijving: Ton Willems (Nijmegen 1954) is a graduate in sculpture from the Royal Academy of Art and Design in´s-Hertogenbosch in the Netherlands. His art resides in collections in France, Germany, The United States, Japan and the Netherlands.
Willems combines sculpture and painting in spacious and colourfull sculptures, paintings and installations. Independent from trends, his conceptual work treats the spirit of time, which he often provides with ironic visual comment.
